21-Day Cleanse – Online Program
Access the program via the Online Programs tab. The program includes Shopping Lists and daily breakdowns of what you need to drink and eat including detailed Recipes.

Our Flourish Supplements (3-Pack)
You will receive in the post one of each of our supplements: Anti-Inflammatory, Prebiotic blend, and Daily Detox. This is enough product for one person for the Cleanse and beyond.

Access to our exclusive Facebook Group
Our host Kathy Ashton will be running four Masterclasses, one at the start and one in each week, so that you learn what you need to know about food as medicine to make the most of your 21 days through this experience.

21-Day Cleanse
The 21-Day Cleanse program is designed to Rest, Re-seed and Rebuild your body from the inside out over a 21-day period.

Stage 1 – Rest (days 1 to 7)
The first 7 days are all about cleansing. Cleansing the liver, cardiovascular system, and lymphatic system.

We stop feeding the ‘bad’ gut bacteria which love to eat, C.R.A.P: calorie rich and processed foods. This helps to achieve a balance between the ‘good’ and ‘bad’ bacteria that reside within the digestive system to promote a healthy body from the inside out.

Stage 2 – Re-seed (days 8 to 14)
This stage sees the introduction of foods that heal a leaky gut, feed the good gut microbiome, begin to reverse adrenal fatigue, continue to heal the liver, and reduce inflammation. There are a greater variety of meals that address each of the previously mentioned issues in their own way, each of which will be explained along the way!

Stage 3 – Rebuild (days 15 to 21)
Week 3 is designed to bring you back to life through a diverse and stimulating whole food, plant-based diet. During this week you will experience how versatile this diet can be and how powerfully it helps you heal from the inside out. It is full of exciting recipes which we recommend you make part of your everyday life, regardless of whether or not you continue whole food, plant-based.
