Our host Kathy Ashton will be running three Masterclasses, one in each week, so that you learn what you need to know about food as medicine to make the most of your 21 days through this experience.

Stage 1 – Rest (days 1 to 7)
The first 7 days are all about cleansing. Cleansing the liver, cardiovascular, and lymphatic systems.

We stop feeding the ‘bad’ gut bacteria which love to eat, C.R.A.P: calorie rich and processed foods. This helps to achieve a balance between the ‘good’ and ‘bad’ bacteria that reside within the digestive system to promote a health body from the inside, out.

Stage 2 – Re-seed (days 8 to 14)
This stage sees the introduction of foods that heal a leaky gut, feed the good gut microbiome, begin to reverse adrenal fatigue, continue to heal the liver, and reduce inflammation. There are a greater variety of meals that address each of the previously mentioned issues in their own way, each of which will be explained along the way!

Stage 3 – Rebuild (days 15 to 21)
