Delivery, Refund and Returns


All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.  You will be notified when your order has been processed and provided with a tracking number for your order.

Flourish uses Australia Post for deliveries.  If you require special delivery information to be provided it must be put in the notes section of your order at time of order.

Refund and Returns


For the time being we reserve the right to refund on a case by case basis. Until we know the virus is under control we can not risk accepting any products back that have been handled by the postal system or customers. We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, however, we have your safety as our number one priority.


Flourish will refund purchases of its Supplements (turmeric blend and daily detox) for “change of mind” providing the product is un-opened, un-damaged and within 30 days of purchase.  Flourish does not refund the delivery charges this is the responsibility of the buyer.

You accept all responsibility for any returns sent to Flourish Via a delivery service.  For this reason we recommend you take our Insurance, Signature on delivery and Registration.

Flourish does not refund for “change of mind” and Books (My Healing Kitchen and My Healing Program) and Online/Digital Health Programs (The Cleanse).
