Grapefruit

Grapefruit improves digestion, supports phase 1 liver detoxification pathway, improves lymphatic flow and should be part of any cleanse program.

Ingredients:

1 grapefruit – whichever sort you like best. Red or white. – Improves digestion.

½ teaspoon of maple syrup (optional)

Instruction:

Cut grapefruit in half, score around the edges and through the veins, this will make it easier to eat.

Top with a little maple syrup.
