Why whole foods?
This is how we get all of the minerals, vitamins, phytonutrients, fibre, and fat that our bodies need as well as getting to enjoy its natural flavour.
Our general rule of thumb is if you can’t go and pick one of the ingredients on the back of a packet, you’re better off without it. There’s no such thing as a bracket tree or a number tree! You can’t go and pick a number (303) or (501) and put it in your fridge, therefore you shouldn’t be putting it into your body.
