If you consume only one part of a whole food – which can be done by extracting a single nutrient, like taking the curcumin out of turmeric – you lose all of the natural benefits that come from eating the food as a whole.

Common inflammatory conditions
The serving size you need will vary depending on your condition.
If you suffer from gut issues, we recommend introducing our Turmeric Blend to your diet slowly, and building up to the full amount over an extended period of time (1 week to 10 days).
For everyone else, we recommend you start strong with 1 full serve 1 to 2 times a day, and reduce the serving size once you start to see the benefits – usually between 2 and 12 days.

Mix your Turmeric Blend with a liquid of your choice. Approximately 150ml of cool to warm water is preferred, but you can add it to fruit juice, coconut water, almond milk, rice milk, yoghurt or any other liquid.
