Targeting inflammation, the main ingredient is turmeric supported by 12 other whole foods to aid its absorption and utilization and enhance the overall anti-inflammatory effect of the blend.

Using nothing but whole plant foods as supplied by mother nature, Flourish has created a blend of 13 natural plant-based whole foods that support the body’s ability to reduce inflammation, alleviate pain and reduce symptoms associated with many chronic health conditions.

 

Formulated by Medicinal Nutritionists, Flourish uses Alleppey turmeric from the Indian region of Kerala because of its high curcumin levels. Curcumin is one of the active anti-inflammatory components of turmeric. Whole food turmeric contains hundreds of curcuminoids and tumerones, which collectively and synergistically provide the overall healing properties of turmeric.

Mix your Turmeric Blend with a liquid of your choice. Approximately 150ml of cool to warm water is preferred, but you can add it to fruit juice, coconut water, almond milk, rice milk, yoghurt or any other liquid.

Gentle Start
(For people with sensitive tummies and bowels)
Take ½ serve in the morning with breakfast or with your first meal. Do this for three days.
Increase to taking ½ serve morning and night with food for 1 week.
Increase to 1 serve morning and night, until you experience results, then decrease to just 1 serve per day, as per the general wellbeing dose.
Take 1 serve per day, of if you prefer, take two ½ serves per day, eg ½ serve morning and ½ afternoon, or place 1 serve into your water bottle and sip it all day.
Take 1 serve 2 times per day - e.g. morning and afternoon/evening, for as long as it takes for you to experience results. Once you feel well and the pain has significantly reduced, return back to the general wellbeing dose of just 1 serve per day.
Take 1 serve 3 times per day - e.g. morning, noon and night. Stay with this does until you experience results, then reduce to two serves per day for 3 weeks and, if the benefit is still maintained, reduce further to the general wellbeing dose.
Take 1 serve 4 times per day, for as long as is required to make a significant difference to your condition.
