Blueberry Smoothie

In a blender, combine the blueberries, banana, almond milk, rolled oats, chia seeds, vanilla extract and cinnamon (if using).
Blend the ingredients until smooth.
Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness as needed.

Serve the smoothie in a glass and enjoy!

Note 1: If you want more protein, you can add a tbsp of nut butter, or 1/4 cup of cooked quinoa, or even a handful of spinach
Note 2: You can always add ice or frozen fruits to make it more refreshing or add honey or maple syrup to sweeten it more.

 

 

 

1 cup of fresh blueberries
1 banana
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)
