Turmeric Bliss Balls

1 cup of macadamia nuts, cashews or almonds.

1 cup of coconut

½ cup extra of coconut used to roll the end product

10 dried Turkish apricots

½ teaspoon Flourish turmeric blend

Grated zest of 1 large lemon or lime – the more the merrier

Maple syrup to bind if necessary

Into a food processor add nuts and blend for a few minutes.  Add coconut, apricots and turmeric blend, process until all mixed together.  Add zest of lemon/lime and process again.  If they are too crumbly, add a splash or two of the maple syrup to bind.

Take a spoonful and shape into a ball.  Roll in coconut.  Store in the fridge.
