Potato with Coleslaw

This is an awesome combination for healing the gut lining, stomach-aches and increasing gut microbiome diversity.

Flourish Buddha Bowl

This Buddha bowl packs a punch as far as health-giving nutrients are concerned.
The bowl begins with a gluten-free grain or starch component (quinoa, rice or potato). Then each ingredient has been carefully selected to create a spectacular harmony of taste, colour, texture and nutritional benefit. The sauces combine all the flavours making this bowl delicious.
If you are exercising a lot make sure you have a good cup of the starch, or even two cups.
You will lose weight not gain weight during this cleanse, so don’t be afraid to have really large bowls of food especially if you are exercising.

Sweet Potato Pockets

These pockets can be used as a base for all sorts of fillings. You can fill them with Tex Mex as per the photo, or you can just fill them with a salad and maybe some chickpeas. You could make your favourite plant-based Bolognese sauce or bean recipe and fill them with that. They look pretty and are a wonderful way to impress your non-plant based friends.

Hummus

Everyone loves a good hummus. Ours is oil free and tastes fabulous. The oil is just not necessary. By adding water instead of the oil, makes the hummus lighter.

Tex Mex Nachos

This is our ‘go to’ meal. The one we make when we have no time and have not been shopping. I keep a well-stocked pantry, filled with organic, BPA free cans for this exact recipe. It is delicious and can be used on top of nachos, (make the sauce, place corn chips on a serving tray, top with Tex Mex, cheese sauce and a salad. It’s delicious. Or use in the middle of hard-shelled tacos, or as a burrito filling.
